Our Safety Program
Safety is one of Kyle Demelo Construction’s three main pillars of business. It is a mandatory regulation for all company personnel and is always considered a priority.
As safety regulations change within the industry, Kyle Demelo Construction’s Health & Safety Program is constantly being reviewed and updated to provide our personnel with the tools they need to maintain the highest safety standards.
Employees regularly undergo updated training to ensure not only their safety, but others around them, is being upheld.

Kyle Demelo Construction uses the professional SiteDocs platform to collect, and store completed company safety records for ease of review. SiteDocs equips companies of all sizes and in all industries with the tools needed to successfully maintain, manage, and build workplace safety programs.
In conjunction with the British Columbia Construction Safety Alliance (BCCSA), Kyle Demelo Construction is currently working towards obtaining a Certificate of Recognition (COR) which is awarded to employers that implement and maintain an Occupational Health & Safety Program that exceeds regulatory requirements. This is a comprehensive program that is based on continual improvement.
